I started working with the company back in January 2016 as an Aquatics Specialist. I then transfered to MA back in May 2016 and now I am currently a manager in training. I have opened and closed the store many times by myself. I manager at a given time 3-4 employees. I deal with difficult customers on a daily basis along with fraudulent returns. I deal with employees complaining and delegating what needs to be done.

 

 

Pet Care Lead, PetSmart

July 2014-January 2016

 

I was quickly promoted from salesf loor associate to Pet Care Lead. I was second in charge of the Pet Care department. I was in charge when the Pet Care Manager was not on. I helped to manage 3-5 employees working in the department at a given time. I filed paper work, received anaimals, helped to coach employees, treated sick animals and helped to keep the department running smoothly.

I have been seriously writing since I was in High School. I self published my first book back in 2007 with a private company. In college I then took the book off the market and rewrote it. I then searched for a  company that would be willing to publish it for me. The book was then published in 2012. Since then I have been wroking with a talent manager in the hopes of breaking into the TV show industry. I have several peices published on Amazon.
